Exchanges & Returns

We are happy to accept a return for an item you have purchased from our store, subject to our returns policy, outlined below.

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, or 90 days if the purchase was made between 1 November and 31 December.

Returns Process:

  1. To make a return, kindly contact us here or via email at  prioriskincare@blccosmetics.com to advise us of the reason for your return based on our policy. Please note, we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened. We cannot accept returns of Clearance items.
  2. Once we have confirmed the return, please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure they arrive at our warehouse safely. We are not responsible for products that are damaged in transit.
  3. To post your return to us, please follow the instructions sent to you via email.
  4. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or credit immediately for products that comply with our returns policy.

Change of Mind/ Ordered Incorrect Item:

You are welcome to return your product to us if you have a change of mind or have ordered the wrong item. Please follow the return process and contact us to advise if you would like to exchange or receive a refund. You will need to return the product to use within 30 days of purchase date and pay for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the product is sent back to us unopened, unused and in original packaging.

Damaged in Transit/ Incorrect Items Received:

If you have received an item(s) that has arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please take a photo, and contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Faulty Item:

If you believe the item you received is faulty, please take a photo and contact us with the photo and a description of the fault. We will then help you organise a replacement or a refund.

Allergic Reaction:

In the rare instance that you have experienced an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. If symptoms persist, speak to your healthcare professional.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back at our warehouse. Please do not dispose of the item until we have had a chance to chat with you.
